Richard R. Young, MD, FAAP

Dr. Young graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and did his Pediatric Residency at Emory University School of Medicine. He has been in practice in Cartersville/Acworth since 1980 and is co-founder of Cartersville Pediatric Associates, PC. Dr. Young is board certified in Pediatrics. He sees patients at the Lake Pointe office.

Dr. Payne graduated from The University of Alabama School of Medicine and did his Pediatric Residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He has been practicing in Carterville/Acworth since 1986 and is co-founder of Cartersville Pediatric Associates, PC. Dr. Payne is board certified in Pediatrics.

Jennifer M. Collier, MD, FAAP

Dr. Collier got her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Memphis and did her Pediatric Residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She is fluent in Portuguese. Dr. Collier joined Cartersville Pediatric Associates in 2006. Dr. Collier is board certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Hutton graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and did her Pediatric Residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in Florida. She joined Cartersville Pediatric Associates in August, 2007. Dr. Hutton is board certified in Pediatrics.

Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from the Florida State University and shortly thereafter received his Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training in the US Army in which he served for 20 years. He joined Cartersville Pediatric Associates in 1986.

Ms. Miller, a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Emory University and obtained her Masters of Science degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Emory. She joined Cartersville Pediatric Associates in 1997.
